Accessing Children’s Adoption Records – for professionals

If you are professional supporting an adopted child, under the age of 18, you may require access to their adoption records to support them (for example, in relation to therapeutic support). If the child was placed for adoption by Walsall, Dudley or Wolverhampton Council, or Sandwell Children’s Trust, you can request access to the child adoption records by completely the referral form here.
